All Structure Cleaning helps protect your investment. When your solar panels and gutters become dirty they become less efficient. We will provide professional cleaning with deionized water filtration tanks attached to a water-fed extension pole and a non-abrasive solar panel brush that will provide a spot-free cleaning. Dirty debris-filled or clogged gutters can lead to roof damage, cause foundation damage, and fascia boards can be damaged. It can also lead to shifts and cracks in driveways and sidewalks. your landscape may be ruined, and clogs can be a fire hazard. We maintain and clean your gutters! We treat your property as if it were our own, taking the time to make sure every job is done correctly.
Solar Panel Cleaning
One of the most common misconceptions is that rain will clean your solar panels. While it may initially remove some of the dirt from your solar panels the unfortunate thing is our air is full of pollution, dirt, dust & pollen. So when it rains it's just going to add to the grime on your panels. For instance after it rains don't we want to go and get our car washed? Why? Because the rain makes our cars dirty and it will do the same to your panels. That's why we are here to clean your panels to keep them running at their peak performance.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning is also an integral part of keeping your home looking great. Here at All Structure Cleaning we offer two different gutter services including gutter debris clean-out along with gutter brightening which includes cleaning the inorganic oxidation from the metal shell of the actual gutter itself to remove the dark streaks that form on the gutter and bring back that "like new" look, similar to the day it was freshly installed.
Deionized Filtration
Not only do we want to protect the earth from the chemicals that are in cleaning agents but soaps can cause more damage and residue on your panels. Therefore, we use a deionized water filtration tank that has the ability to easily remove gunk and it makes for a great cleaning agent. Since there are no minerals in deionized water, it leaves behind no residue, spots or stains on your solar panels.
Non-Abrasive Brush
We use nothing but the best brushes that offer a fantastic glide with excellent scrubbing power. The outer nylon bristles are longer for reaching into edges, while the short boar's hair bristles agitate the dirt and grime so the jets can blast it away.
